URANUS: On the night of Sept. 8, 2007, I set out into the observatory to take a stab at Uranus. I'd never even seen Uranus before, so I knew it would be a real treat, even though I knew down deep that I probably didn't have the experience or equipment required to get a decent photo of it. Fortunately, that gut feeling was wrong. A careful eye might spot two moons close to and just above the planetary disk.
